Brisbane North and Pine Rivers Dentist Community Open Day

Come along and enjoy Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental Open Day... and celebrate our official opening with the coming of spring. Hosted by the team at Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental, Saturday October 6 promises to be a wonderful day celebrating the opening of their new premises, which were fully renovated earlier this year. We have enjoyed a fantastic response from the community since opening our doors to patients in May, and now want to return the favour by hosting this event in Everton Park.

With official celebrations starting at 10am, we can all look forward to displays of some of the services provided at Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental, including:

• Invisalign orthodontics,
• our advanced tooth whitening system,
• and dental implants for replacing teeth.

For the children, there will be face-painting, helium balloons and balloon animals, and free dental exams for those twelve years old and under. Dhillon Fort North Indian Restaurant will be providing light refreshments throughout the morning. Dhillon Fort are an authentic Indian restaurant, providing a comprehensive array of specialty dishes from north of India.

We are very pleased to announce our special official guest, Federal Member for Petrie, the Honourable Teresa Gambaro, who will also be enjoying the day.

Dr Mutzelburg says "Our modern practice offers quality services for the entire family. Dr Michelle Constantinescu is our children's dentist who has many years' experience with children's health, and takes pride in the great start she is able to provide to kids. Dr Constantinescu works closely with Paediatric specialists, and regularly meets with the other members of the Australian Paediatric Dentists' Society."

Dr Jorgensen emphasises the many preventative actions we can take these days to reduce dental problems. "Fluoride remains a proven performer for helping teeth prevent decay, with its use around the world for decades. These days there has been substantial research by dentists into what else can be used to harden teeth, with a breakthrough being made with amorphous calcium phosphate. We will have a display of products containing this product, which works by remineralising teeth, and the great taste helps stimulate saliva flow, so it's also great for anyone suffering from a dry mouth. We also promote healthy eating and are being joined by Mrs Flannerys Natural Health Food Supermarket whose sugar-free products will be on display in our healthy foods stall.

Dr Jorgensen's and Dr Mutzelburg's love of technology allows them to provide you with an idea of what you can expect from your smile makeover treatments before you start. However, it's not just the dentists who will make your appointment at Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental worthwhile. Your treament will be co-ordinated by our lovely receptionist, Kathryn, and your treatment is enhanced by our clinical co-ordinators Kristen and Melissah. While the practice is modern and new, some members of this team have worked together for a number of years.
